Providence is firmly established and maintained.　厳として定められ、保たれる摂理。

神は大愛ですから、大慈感(だいじかん)と大非感(だいひかん)を具有(ぐゆう)するのは、汝等（あなた達）に既に示した通りです。

As I have already shown you, God is great love and therefore has both great mercy and severity.

ですから神は全てに情けを持ち給うと共に「天地の仕組みの置き手」即ち「神の理」（摂理●神理）は厳(げん)として定めてあって、万象も人も永劫(えいごう)に「乗り行く」べき「法(のり)」は保ち且つ保たせんとします。

Therefore, God has compassion for all, and at the same time, he has established the “system of heaven and earth,” that is, “God’s principles” (providence, divine principles), and he will maintain and seek to maintain the “laws” that all things and people should “ride” on for all eternity.

神の真(まこと)の本質はこれです。故に神は愛であると共に真であります。

This is the true essence of God.Therefore, God is both love and true.

ですから神は、神の子「=言い換えれば人」は地上の神の代行者と思し召しあれば、天の乗法(じょうほう)を犯した悪い行為や、神の利用、神への裏切りについては眉をひそめ、気付かせ、改めさせんと願い、遂には泣き、悲しみ、時として怒ります。

Therefore, since God considers His children (in other words, people) to be His representatives on earth, He frowns upon any bad acts that violate the heavenly laws, any acts of using God, or any acts of betrayal against Him, and wishes to make them realize and change, eventually becoming weeping, sad, and sometimes angry.

民族に戒告、天譴（てんけん）など降りるのはこれによります。

This is why a nation is given warnings and divine punishment.
